BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS HYBRID IN-PERSON AND ONLINE MEETINGS DURING COVID-19 RESPONSE
The Community Development Division supports the affordable housing and community improvement needs of Seminole County through the implementation of programs, directly or through community stakeholders, to help improve the living conditions of County residents through infrastructure improvements, public services, housing activities, homeless services and economic development. The following programs are administered directly by the Community Development Division:
Community Development receives different types of funding to implement our programs. Federal funds such as CDBG can be used for infrastructure improvements, public services, housing activities, homeless services and economic development programs such as Xổ số của Longan tuần trước, ESG, and CDGB.
In addition, these Federal resources Community Development can administered with State Housing Initiatives Partnership Program (SHIP) funds for the Minor Home Repair, Homeowner Rehabilitation / Reconstruction and Purchasing Assistance programs.
